Little Pink Lambs
First, you will need about a 1 1/4 yards of each (top & bottom)
We laid out the fleece evenly on the floor and cut off the selvage edges. Then cut 4" squares from each corner and 3 1/2 to 4" lengths along edges. (to be honest, we didn't actually measure the lengths when cutting the edges, we just "eyed" it)
Then you tie the 'fringes' together like this! Justin's a pro now by the way ;)
and it will start looking like this.
Continue tying all fringes together.
((Look at Abby getting better & better at sitting up on her own)) gosh, isn't she so precious?!
Voila! It is complete! ((Abby enjoyed helping as well))
This was such an EASY project and a plus for the quality family time we got to spend with each other! :)
Overall, it took about 45 minutes cutting, measuring, and tying to finish!
Looks great! I thought about making some for more kids. Seems really easy! Abby is so precious.
ReplyDeletethank you Stephanie! It was SO easy! I'm already looking forward to making a few more as well! They have a huge sell for fleece at Hancock Fabrics right now too! :) Best $9 bucks I've spent all month!
